For reservations beginning March 11, 2024 - Please be aware that the library is in the process of beginning a large building project, the start date of which has not yet been determined. This date could be as early as March 11, 2024. If you request a room reservation on this date or after you are doing so with the knowledge that if this project begins on or after the date of your reservation it will have to be canceled. We will have a better idea in late February of when this project will begin.
The Community Room is a large multipurpose room on the lower level of the library about 56 feet by 48 feet. Half of the room is carpeted and half is uncarpeted.
The Community Room is equipped with a dry-erase board, sink, and Wi-Fi. Additional equipment options can be selected when you apply to use the room.
If you would like to make a presentation that involves projecting your computer screen, you will need to bring in a computer and the necessary adapters to connect the computer to the Aquos Board. An HDMI cable will be available for use with the Aquos Board.
The room holds a maximum of 150 people.
Because of the high demand for the Community Room, we discourage its use for groups of under ten people.
