Home Delivery Service
Normal Public Library provides free library services to residents who find it difficult to leave their own homes without assistance, or who are homebound for any reason. If you are interested in receiving home delivery service on a temporary or permanent basis, please call 309-452-1757 or fill out the form below.
Pop Up NPL
We bring books, movies, and even tech toys out to various places in the community to make it easier for you to connect with NPL. We can make you a library card, renew an existing account, check out materials, and answer any questions you may have about the library.
Books on the Go
Books On the Go (BOTG) is a service that provides free books to the community with no strings attached. We stock each BOTG location with books for all ages. There is no expectation that these items be returned to NPL.
Currently, we support BOTG collections at Uptown Station, School Street Food Pantry, Carle Cancer Center, and Behavioral Health and Addiction Recovery Units at Carle-Bromenn.
Out & About
We love getting out into the community to discuss Library offerings. You can catch NPL at different community events throughout the year. See our Event Calendar to see where we will be next!
Educator Resources
We offer a wide range of services for area schools, teachers, and students. See our Educator Page for more information.
