It's Tax Time

It's that time of year again: tax time! If you need forms to complete your taxes, we are happy to assist you in printing or obtaining those forms.

We have free federal 1040 forms at our service desks, as well as bound 1040 instructional books available for checkout. Forms may be picked up in-person or via our curbside pickup service.

If you need a form besides the 1040, we are happy to print it for you free of charge, up to 10 pages. We cannot advise you on what forms you need or how to fill them out. State forms for Illinois are not yet available online or in-person, but as soon as they are available we will have the printed copies out at our first floor service desk.
