Join us at the Brightpoint summer block party at 1119 E. Taylor St., Bloomington, IL 61701! Enjoy outdoor activities, a resource fair, car seat checks, a clothing swap, and free food. 

Scott Child and Family Center is a Head Start and Early Head Start funded center that provides childcare, early childhood education, preschool services, and integrated family support services to low-income families with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.
