An Inside Look is a collaboration between Normal Public Library and Heartland Theatre, giving the audience a chance to meet the director and designers of each production.

The current production is TINY BEAUTIFUL THINGS, based on the bestselling book by Cheryl Strayed and adapted by Nia Vardalos. Opening March 30, it is directed by Don LaCasse, assisted by Melissa Goldman. The library provides scripts and related materials available for checkout, and the theatre provides insight on the creative process.
