Event Details

The Fool-Proof Four refer to four of the over 50 wild mushrooms that are easy to identify, abundant and delicious.   In this presentation from certified wild mushroom expert Hunter Le Duc, participants will learn to recognize these mushrooms and a handful more that can easily be found locally and turned into succulent and nutritious meals.
