Program Description

Event Details

Join Center for Youth and Family Solutions for an intake event focused on children’s emotional and behavioral health, where families can receive support and guidance. Screenings will take place in the library's second floor meeting room.

Families with children or youth up to age 20 who are in need of behavioral/mental health support can meet with a Care Coordinator to complete an initial screening to see if they qualify for care coordination support. Care Coordination links families to needed supports such as counseling, intensive in-home counseling, and community supports to improve emotional and behavioral health.

For more information, contact Kalyn Patterson at Center for Youth and Family Solutions, by phone at 309-216-0404 or email kpatterson@cyfsolutions.org.
