To change your PIN, you can click on the “Change My PIN” link from the main My Account page.
You’ll need to enter your current PIN and then enter your new PIN twice.
Once you’ve done this, click the red Send button and you should be set!
To see your fines, you can click on the “Review My Account” link from the main My Account page.
Under the Account Summary, you’ll see “Bills.” You can click on Bills to get detailed information on any items that you owe money on. In general, books are only 10 cents per day overdue. Other items carry larger fines per day. It is always best practice to return or renew items prior to the due date. The account holder has sole responsibility to honor due dates and return items in a timely manner.

To check on your holds, you can click on the “Review My Account” link from the main My Account page.
Under the Account Summary, you’ll see “Holds.” You can click on Holds to get detailed information on all of the items that you have on hold. You can also cancel holds by checking the box next to a hold and clicking the red Cancel Selected Holds button.
Hold requests may take up to 24 hours to be processed, longer if coming from another library. Hold requests on items that are currently checked out will be placed in queue for the next available copy. Patrons will be notified of available holds by email or phone.
You can log in to your account here. You can access your account anywhere you have an internet connection.
To renew your items, you can click on the “Renew My Materials” link from the main My Account page.
You’ll see a list of the items that you have checked out. You may choose to renew all of your items by clicking the Renew All selection near the top of the page, or you can click the box next to the items that you’d like to renew.
Click the red Renew Selected Items button and you should be set!
If an item fails to renew, you will be alerted.
Please keep in mind that you cannot renew DVDs online because they require an additional dollar to renew.
You will also be unable to renew overdue items online because they require a staff override.

For each item, you’ll see when the item is due, how many times you’ve renewed it, whether the item is overdue, and any estimated fines.
You can also renew items from this page by clicking the red Click to Renew My Materials button near the top of the page.
You can sign up to receive text messages to notify you when items are due soon or overdue, when your holds are available, and more using our Shoutbomb service.
You can even respond to these messages to renew items!

You’ll need your library card number in order to log in. You can find it on the back of your library card.
Normal Public Library numbers start “D03…” That second digit is a number 0, not the letter ‘O.’ You’ll also leave out any spaces that you see in the number.
Your PIN is your password to log in to your online account.
It should start out as ‘1234’ when you get a library card.
You may want to change your PIN from ‘1234’ to make sure that your account is secure.
