Learn to Zentangle

Learn the art of Zentangle – an easy, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns – from instructor Leslie Maller.
Everyone will take home a completed project, a beginner’s kit of supplies, and the knowledge to start a great new hobby!
This activity is for patrons ages 15 and up.
The cost is $5 for materials.

Partners in Reading
September 12 through November 17 • Various Days and Times
Registration starts Monday, August 15 for kids and runs through Friday, September 2 for kids. College students may continue to register until all children are matched.
Kids in 1st through 6th grade pair up with a college student for fun reading activities at the library. Pairs meet once a week for 45 minutes, September 12 through November 17.
Meeting times are flexible. Pick any 45 minutes, Mondays through Thursdays between 3:30 and 8:00.
Whether you’re a great reader already or want to work on your reading skills, you’ll love this program!
Story Hour for Three-, Four-, and Five-Year-Olds
September 20 through October 20• Various Days and Times
Registration starts Tuesday, September 6 at 9:00 am
Three-, four-, and five-year-olds are invited to attend a weekly 45-minute program to enjoy stories, songs, games, and crafts.
If your child turns three during the session, you may call to register on the day of his or her birthday.
